REACH SVHC清單正式更新至201項(xiàng)

2019年7月16日，歐洲化學(xué)品管理局(ECHA)正式公布REACH法規(guī)第21批高度關(guān)注物質(zhì)（SVHC），將4種新的SVHC物質(zhì)加入到候選物質(zhì)清單。至此SVHC候選物質(zhì)清單共包含201種物質(zhì)。換言之作為出口歐盟的企業(yè)，受REACH法規(guī)管控的產(chǎn)品從現(xiàn)在開始需要做REACH SVHC201項(xiàng)。
新增 4 項(xiàng) SVHC 物質(zhì)信息如下：

據(jù)REACH法規(guī)規(guī)定：
a. 若產(chǎn)品中含有SVHC，并且含量大于0.1%，同時(shí)年生產(chǎn)或進(jìn)口量小于1噸，制造商應(yīng)向物品接收方提供確保物品安全使用的信息，至少包括化學(xué)品名稱；消費(fèi)者可能要求物品中的SVHC信息，必須在45天內(nèi)提供。
b. 若產(chǎn)品含有SVHC，并且含量大于0.1%，同時(shí)年生產(chǎn)或進(jìn)口量大于1噸，則應(yīng)向歐洲化學(xué)品管理局(ECHA)通報(bào)該物品（在SVHC公布后的6個(gè)月內(nèi)）：聯(lián)系人信息、物質(zhì)信息、分類及標(biāo)簽、用途、噸位、注冊號（如有）。
